How to bring home your Diamond In The Ruff Kennels puppy
Bringing home your new French Bulldog is an exciting journey! Here are the steps:
Step 1: Contact us. Send us a message with the puppy you’re interested in. We’ll answer your questions, provide photos and videos, and help you determine if the puppy is the right fit for your family.
Step 2: Tell us about yourself. We ask you to share a little about your home and your experience with dogs. Our goal is to ensure each puppy is matched with a loving, responsible home.
Step 3: Reserve your puppy. Once approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your puppy. Puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 4: Receive updates. While your puppy grows, we’ll send regular photos, videos, and updates so you can watch them develop until they’re ready to come home.
Step 5: Prepare your home. Before pickup day, gather everything your new puppy will need, including food, food and water bowls, a crate, a bed, toys, a collar and leash, puppy pads (if desired), and establish a relationship with a local veterinarian.
Step 6: Pickup day. On pickup day, you’ll receive:
● AKC Registration paperwork (or instructions if applicable)
● Health record
● Vaccination and deworming record
● Sales contract
● Health guarantee (if included with your purchase)
● Puppy starter food
● Any additional items included with your puppy package
Step 7: Welcome Home!
Give your puppy a few days to adjust to their new environment. Keep a consistent routine, schedule a wellness exam with your veterinarian within the timeframe outlined in your contract, and enjoy making lifelong memories together.
